Kobi was born Dec. 1, 2004, and was returned to his breeder by his owners in December of 2005. He came to us on Jan. 6, 2006, being just a little over one year old. He is our first small dog -- a Jack Russell Terrier -- and weighs only 12 pounds. He comes from "Forget Me Not Jack Russell Terriers" in Idaho.

His job here is to control the local mouse population. In the first 6 weeks he already killed 6, so I would say he is doing a pretty good job.

He is also best friend to my Anatolian Shepherd puppy Ayla. When he has a chance, he will go wherever she goes; it is so much fun to watch them play. Kobi really fit right in here. He came already crate trained and loves crates, he walks nicely on leash, is good with people and the other dogs -- just a wonderful little dog. Not to mention that he is just sooooo cute, loves to cuddle and is just fun to be around!

We just love him and hope he will have a long life with us.
Pictures of Kobi's sire TortillaFlat Roper and dam Forget-Me-Not Emmee earning their Natural Hunting Ability Certificates in July 2006 can be seen at:
